Thanksgiving is the time for people to look back on the year and give thanks for our blessings.

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for my family, your friendship, and all that we’ve accomplished together. The past year hasn’t been without it’s share of difficulties and hardships, but our continued progress across Wisconsin fuels my optimism.

This time of year always seems to reinvigorate a sense of togetherness between people. It is in the spirit that I wish you all a blessed and happy Thanksgiving. Together we have been able to accomplish great things across our state, and I sincerely hope that we can continue to work to create a better Wisconsin for our children moving forward.

In addition, I am thankful for all of the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces. This year, I am particularly happy that so many are home with their families and I pray for those still deployed around the world. Their sacrifices are what make Holiday’s like Thanksgiving possible.

So today, I wish you and your family the happiest of holidays. Whatever you’re thankful for this year, I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Wishing you all the best,

Scott Walker
